HOLISTIC WELLNESS & ACCOUNTABILITY COACHING

Holistic wellness focuses on integrating physical, mental, and emotional health for a balanced, fulfilling life.

The key elements include nutrition, movement, rest, emotional well-being, and lifestyle habits.

Each area supports the others, creating a foundation for lasting health.

As your coach, I’ll guide you in each of these areas, helping you develop practical habits and providing support to keep you on track.

Initial Consultation: Building Your Personalised Wellness Plan

In our first session, I’ll get to know your unique lifestyle and goals so we can create a wellness plan that truly fits you. Here’s what we’ll cover:

Daily Schedule and Routine

We’ll go over your typical day, including work hours, household duties, and any personal commitments. This helps us find realistic times to integrate wellness activities, making them easy to incorporate rather than overwhelming.

Home and Family Situation

Whether you’re managing a family, living solo, or sharing a home, each situation brings its own set of dynamics and demands. Understanding this context allows me to design strategies that respect your responsibilities and foster a balanced approach to self-care.

Sleep Schedule and Quality

We’ll talk about your usual sleep patterns, including how restful your sleep is. By understanding your sleep habits, we can look at ways to improve them, which is essential for energy, mood, and overall resilience.

Meal Times and Typical Foods

Together, we’ll review when you usually eat and what your meals look like. This helps us see where small adjustments can support healthier, more satisfying eating patterns that align with your wellness goals.

Eating Habits and Triggers

We’ll explore any patterns around eating, such as times you tend to overeat or specific cravings. Understanding these tendencies lets us build personalised strategies to create a balanced relationship with food, avoiding the cycle of guilt or deprivation.

Areas of Self-Control Struggle

If there are specific foods or times of day when self-control is challenging, we’ll discuss those openly. Recognising these areas allows us to set realistic, gentle steps that strengthen your confidence and help you feel more in control of your choices.

Emotional Triggers for Overeating

Finally, we’ll identify any feelings or situations that might prompt binge eating or emotional eating. This helps us prepare proactive, constructive ways to manage emotions without turning to food for comfort.

This consultation sets the stage for a program that adapts to your lifestyle, helping you make sustainable, meaningful changes with full support along the way.
