Years ago, I was diagnosed with degenerative disc disease. The pain was intense. At the hospital for an MRI, I couldn’t even lie flat in the machine and had to ask the nurse for something to support my legs.


It took me under 3 months to be pain-free.

Since then, I’ve helped others rebuild their strength, stability, and confidence after injury or long-term pain.
