Taught in a calm, private setting, these sessions combine the intelligence of the Pilates method with the relational support of partner-based movement.

Together, you’ll build deep core strength, refine postural awareness, and improve mobility — while learning to move in sync, support each other, and stay present through shared breath and effort.

Many people assume Mat Pilates is just stretching or an easier version of Reformer — but this couldn’t be further from the truth.

In fact, Mat Pilates was the original method, designed to be done anywhere, without apparatus.

It builds deep, functional strength — not just flexibility — through thoughtful, body-aware movement.

In a couples session, this practice becomes shared: you’ll move together, side-by-side, with partner-based progressions that bring a new layer of connection, feedback, and trust.

📍 Session Locations

Sessions are held in peaceful, fully equipped private studios in Raffles PlaceMarine Parade or in your home (select locations). 
 

Wherever we meet, the space is yours: calm, private, and guided with care.

For sessions held at Marine Parade studio, all necessary equipment & props are provided, including mats,  weights, blocks, and resistance bands — so you can focus fully on your practice without any hassle.


These sessions are part of my broader private Pilates in Singapore practice, with teaching locations across Orchard, Raffles Place, and Marine Parade.
