At the hospital for an MRI, I couldn’t even lie flat in the machine and had to ask the nurse for something to support my legs.

 

It took me under three months to become pain-free.

Since then, I’ve helped others rebuild their strength, stability, and confidence after injury, surgery, or long-term back pain — guiding every session with the expertise of a certified Pilates teacher trainer experienced in spinal health, postural re-education, and injury-sensitive movement.
