BACK PAIN?
Is pain something you've accepted as a normal part of your life?
It was for me. In 2017, I could not get out of bed without wincing at the searing pain in my lower back, hips and legs. I knew things were bad when my toes began to go numb.
At the hospital, I was x-rayed and diagnosed with "degenerative disc disease". I tried everything: chiropractor, massage, TCM, acupuncture, Ayurveda, homeopathy. Nothing helped.
I decided that I would have to figure out how to heal myself as I couldn't imagine having to take painkillers to sleep and waking up to this every morning.
It took me less than half a year to be pain-free. Since then, I have successfully guided students through their own healing journeys.
I would love to do the same for you.

ABOUT SHEELA
I found yoga at the University of California where I was doing my graduate studies in Sociology.
